A chat turn or note produces a key insight. CORTEX anchors it as an immutable SourceRecord in a WORM ledger with a cryptographic hash.
LATENCY & ENTROPIC DRIFT
Project shifts direction, session expires, and the thread enters a dormant state. No commercial context window retains this state.
TOPOLOGICAL RESURRECTION
When an analogous problem is addressed, CORTEX projects the latent variety, resolves the pointer to the primary source, and emits a verified ProposalContext.
